Fifties Wedding

The pictures are Laura’s great-aunt, Frieda, who was German, marring an American GI called Robert. Unfortunately, Laura doesn’t know the exact date, but just take a look at these photos;

I’m loving the classic fifties hairstyles in these photos, and look closely at the detail on the bottom of the veil – the lace detail is gorgeous!
